How quickly can I book?

For hourly babysitting, often the same day. For a recurring nanny match, we usually have you meeting candidates within 48 hours of a request.

Question 2

Do I pay if a nanny isn’t the right fit?

Accepted Answer

No. Meet-and-greets are free and you only pay once you book a session. If a match doesn’t work, we re-match — no charge, no awkward conversations.

What areas do you cover?

Old City, Nimmanhaemin, Santitham, Wat Ket, Hang Dong, San Sai, and Mae Rim. Outside the ring? Ask — we usually find a way.

Question 4

Is the nanny insured?

Yes. Every active nanny is covered under our third-party liability policy while on the job.

Question 5

Cash, transfer, or card?

Accepted Answer

Thai bank transfer (PromptPay) is most common. International card and Wise are both fine for hourly bookings.

Question 6

Can my nanny come to our Airbnb / hotel?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — about a third of our hourly bookings are at hotels or short-term rentals. Just include the address in the request.
